Depending on the sales channel used, your contractual partner and the merchant of record may be one of the following authorised resellers:

• Digistore24 Inc. (reseller of RTL English products)
• Digistore24 LTD (reseller of RTL English products)
• Digistore24 MSLW Limited (reseller of RTL English products)
• Digistore24 GmbH (reseller of RTL English products)
• RTL English Ltd (for direct sales via this website)

The reseller through which you purchase is responsible for:

• Checkout and payment processing
• Invoicing and tax/VAT or sales tax collection
• Refund processing under its own consumer terms
• Compliance with local consumer protection laws

RTL English Ltd is the content provider and copyright holder of all educational materials and grants the licence of use described in these Terms, regardless of the sales platform.

The applicable consumer contract is formed with the reseller shown on your order confirmation and payment receipt. The reseller's terms of sale apply in addition to these licence conditions.

Base product price: $47.00 USD (before VAT/sales tax)

The prices displayed on our website include our estimate of VAT/sales tax at 19%. This is the standard rate for digital products in Germany and serves as our default display rate.

Actual tax rates vary by country. For example:

• Germany: 19% VAT
• Austria: 20% VAT
• Switzerland: 8.1% VAT (lower rate)
• Hungary: 27% VAT (higher rate)
• United States: Varies by state (generally not collected on digital goods)

The platform provider/reseller will display the exact correct price including all applicable taxes at checkout. This price may differ from the estimate shown on our website. You may choose not to proceed with your purchase if the final price differs from your expectation.

All payments are processed by the reseller (e.g., Digistore24) who is responsible for calculating and collecting the correct VAT/sales tax for your jurisdiction.

All products are licensed, not sold.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials within your single household only.

Classroom, tutoring, school, institutional, or commercial use is not permitted without a separate written licence.

Access to the RTL English Learning Hub is an optional companion service, currently provided at no additional charge.

It is not part of the purchased product and may change, be restricted, or be withdrawn without affecting your licence to the lesson materials.

A 60-day refund policy applies. Refunds must be requested through the platform from which you originally purchased the product (e.g., Digistore24).

Important: After requesting a refund from your purchase platform, you must also notify us by submitting a message via our contact form.

Upon refund, you agree to:

• Permanently delete all digital files
• Destroy all printed copies
• Cease all further use of the materials

Reasonable confirmation of deletion may be requested.

RTL English operates an affiliate marketing programme. We may pay commissions to third-party affiliates who refer customers to our products.

Some links on third-party websites, social media, or promotional materials may be affiliate links. If you purchase through an affiliate link, the referring party may receive compensation at no additional cost to you.

This does not affect the price you pay or the quality of the product. Affiliate relationships do not influence our educational content or recommendations.

For direct contracts with RTL English Ltd, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

For platform purchases, the platform's consumer terms apply in addition to these licence conditions.
