    These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the RTL English Affiliate Programme ("Programme"). By signing up and promoting RTL English products through affiliate links, you agree to abide by these Terms, in addition to the applicable policies of our payment and tracking partner, Digistore24.

    1. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your country of residence. RTL English reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion without explanation.

    2. Affiliate Links and Tracking

    You will receive a unique affiliate tracking link from Digistore24. This link must be used in all promotional materials to ensure accurate tracking and commission attribution. RTL English is not responsible for tracking errors due to improper link use.

    3. Commission and Payment

    Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying purchases made via their affiliate link. Commission rates and terms are defined in the Digistore24 listing. Payouts are managed and issued by Digistore24 in accordance with their payment terms.

    4. Permitted Marketing Channels

    You may promote RTL English via:

    The following methods are strictly prohibited:

    • Misleading, deceptive, or unsubstantiated claims

    5. Content Standards and Disclosures

    All promotional content must be:

    • Truthful, factual, and not misleading - In line with applicable consumer protection laws, including but not limited to the FTC Act (USA), UK CAP/ASA guidance, and EU eCommerce Directive
    • Accompanied by a clear affiliate disclosure (e.g. "This post contains affiliate links. If you purchase through my link, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.")
    • You may not use RTL English customer testimonials, photos, or videos without explicit permission.

    6. Intellectual Property

    You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use RTL English-approved logos, banners, and content for the sole purpose of promoting our products. You may not modify these assets, nor claim ownership of them. All intellectual property remains the property of Zomat Ltd and/or its licensors.

    7. Termination

    We may terminate your participation in the Programme at any time, with or without cause. Breach of these Terms will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions. You may also terminate your participation at any time by notifying us in writing.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    RTL English and Zomat Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Programme. We make no guarantees about income or conversion rates.

    9. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RTL English, Zomat Ltd, and its officers, directors, and employees from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your participation in the Programme or any breach of these Terms.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK.

    11. Changes to These Terms

    We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
